1. High-Voltage & Power Systems Engineering

Our team provides comprehensive design and engineering for complex power infrastructure:

  • Infrastructure Upgrades: Specialists in leading large-scale switchboard and substation upgrades for 132KV, 11KV, and 3.3KV systems.

  • Functional Safety: Participation and review of HAZOP, CHAZOP, LOPA, and SIL studies.

5. HAZARDOUS AREA ELECTRICAL (EEHA) & COMPLIANCE

Our engineers have designed, fabricated, tested, and supplied hazardous area certified control panels and enclosures (Ex d, Ex d e, Ex i) to major oil and gas companies across Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and South Australia.

  • Certified Design & Selection: Performance and review of voltage drop and heat dissipation calculations (MDP) for the selection of Ex ‘d’, ‘e’, ‘p’, and ‘i’ type equipment and safety barriers.
  • Zone Classification: Specialized identification and review of hazardous area zone classifications for gas and dust environments, including Zones 20, 21, and 22.
  • Fabrication & Commissioning: Design, fabrication, testing, and commissioning of hazardous area certified equipment (EEHA) such as control panels and switchboards.
  • Compliance Auditing: Comprehensive plant audits and site inspections for adherence to Australian Standards (AS 60079), including design verification and the development of inspection programs.
